We are in existence for the sole purpose of creating opportunities for our clients. Our team has been providing assurance, tax, advisory, and other services for more than 30 years. We pride ourselves on exceeding expectations and value our long-term client relationships.

Describe a typical day: Get up early, work out, support clients, repeat.
What skills do you bring to the team? An in-depth understanding of business and an appreciation of how psychology affects everything.
How would the team describe you? Reliable, forward thinking and hard working.
What motivates you? Pushing the limits, doing versus talking, and ultimately success.
What do you enjoy most about working with clients? Establishing long-term business relationships with great people and helping them meet their goals.


Randalle K. Knapp

Founder

What skills do you bring to the team? Compassion and empathy. Desire to learn, understand, and improve.
How would the team describe you? Definitely quiet. Self-motivated. Compassionate and reliable.
What motivates you? The challenge of finding the “best answer” or solving the puzzle.
When you’re not working, how do you spend your time? Being active. Most vacations my husband and I are somewhere in the mountains, carrying everything we need for our trip in a couple backpacks.
What do you enjoy most about working with clients? The relationships themselves, the trust they have in us, watching their success, and helping them how we can along the way.

What skills do you bring to the team? Experience and personal relationships with clients.
How would the team describe you? The oldest one on the team, but easy to get along with.
What's something you want to do in your lifetime? I’d like to visit all MLB stadiums.
When you’re not working, how do you spend your time? At our cabin in Guttenberg, golfing, playing with my grandchildren, or watching the Cubs.
What motivates you? Understanding that hard work creates success. 
What do you enjoy most about working with clients? Knowing they trust me to do what’s best for them.

What skills do you bring to the team? I’m detail oriented and enjoy learning. 

On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me: Drinking coffee and reading a book, or walking my dogs. 

What publications do you regularly read (or listen to)? I love podcasts! Normally, I listen to mystery/crime.

What motivates you? The idea of doing something I didn’t think I could.

What do you enjoy most about working with clients? It’s nice to be able to put a face to the work. Then the work becomes more than a task – it’s about the person behind it and what they are working toward, and being able to help them achieve it.

Describe A Typical Day: Bible study first thing, support the team at DKA, go for a walk, spend time with my husband and kids. 

What skills do you bring to the team? I’m organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize well. 

How would the team describe you? Friendly, loyal, honest, positive.

What motivates you? I want to be useful and contribute to the team, even in small ways. I love helping people and taking things off their plates so they can focus on other things.

What do you enjoy most about working with clients? I like building personal connections with clients. I want them to feel welcomed and comfortable when they enter DKA.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? I was either going to be the center fielder for the Chicago Cubs or a zookeeper.

What motivates you? Being a valued team member and providing quality services. Being a good role model for my family.

What do you enjoy most about working with clients? Learning about what motivates clients and inspires them to do what they do. It is rewarding to see an individual who is passionate about their business find success, and even more rewarding to play a small part in helping them find that success.

When you’re not working, how do you spend your time? I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and going on walks with my wife and our dog.

What motivates you? My desire to constantly learn from my experiences in order to help be the best I can be.

What do you enjoy most about working with clients? Getting to know clients and their businesses, which helps me provide the best service possible.

Name a skill or talent most people don't know about. I am a fast corn detasseler and I make a mean bowl of guacamole.
What's something you want to do in your lifetime? Visit all of the most prominent lighthouses in the United States.
What would be your personal motto? If it were easy, everyone would do it.
What do you enjoy most about working with clients? Meeting them where they are, celebrating their successes, and assisting where I can as they aim to hit their goals.

What causes do you care about? Food insecurity. I’ve volunteered with food pantries through mission trips with church, the Boy Scouts, and in college.
